Mission Statement

Probation Community Action Association’s (PCAA The “Heart” of Probation)mission is to provide assistance, advocacy and support for “at risk” youth in Orange County Probation and also low income/high crime areas of the community by implementing intervention and gang prevention programs to help lessen domestic gang terrorism. Our challenge is to turn “youth at risk” to “youth of promise”. PCAA collaborates with the OC Probation Department to change young lives , turning them in a positive, life changing direction”.
